Who Framed Roger Rabbit Star Bob Hoskins Passes Away At 71

No, not Super Mario!

Bob Hoskins, who you'll probably remember best as Eddie Valiant from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? has tragically passed away.

According to his agent, he died yesterday surrounded by his family and had been suffering from pneumonia.

This is the saddest.

It seems just like yesterday he was Mr. Smee to Dustin Hoffman's Hook, and Muir in Snow White & the Hunstman.

That was the last film Bob had done before retiring due to a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in 2011.

Our hearts go out to his loved ones in this incredibly trying time.

The Nobel Prize-winning 87-year-old died from pneumonia, and will be dearly missed.

He was best known for his AH-Mazing works such as One Hundred Years of Solitude, Autumn of the Patriarch, and Love in the Time of Cholera.

Gabriel, known by his endearing nickname Gabo, was hospitalized in Mexico City on March 31st for a lung and urinary tract infection but was released last week. However, a little over a week later, he is unfortunately no longer with us.

Rest in peace, Gabo. Your brilliance has truly left an indelible mark on modern literature.

If you had to guess, how old do you think Cher's mom (Georgia Holt) is?

She's only 87!

While a lot of you will think that's old, with our medical technology these days, she could easily live another decade. That's why we're saddened to hear Cher so worried about her — because we agree that it would be way too early to lose her, especially to pneumonia!

Here's what Cher said:

It's only the very beginning but the dementia can rapidly progress and get much worse in a short amount of time.

Nelson Mandela May Have Pneumonia!

nelson-mandela-pneumonia-lung-infection.jpgNelson Mandela is currently being treated for a lung infection, which is basically pneumonia.

South African officials said that Mandela's infection is "recurring."

He is 94-years-old and at that age, it's very easy for fluid to build up in the lungs.

The cough response is decreased in the elderly, making it easy to breathe in some saliva and just have it sit in your lungs, growing bacteria.

LINDSAY!! GURL!!

You have GOT to take better care of yourself!!!

We've just learned that despite the need to completely fight off the bitchy illness know as pneumonia, Lindsay Lohan decided to go party at a Central Park event with the weather forecasting an impending storm Saturday night.

Apparently she and some gurlfriends were livin' it up for DJ Steve Angello in the open-air Satsky & Gefter VIP room when the storm blew in. And even though they left when it started getting bad, sources say she still got soaked.

Then sure enough, Linds was rushed to Mount Sinai on Sunday when her lungs needed some antibiotic assistance, saying, "I got sick again, but I am all right." We're betting her doctors are still shaking their heads!
