When it comes to being married to a public figure, Linda Hogan has some real experience.

Though her husband rarely lost at his sport, she still knows there's an etiquette to being an athlete's wife.

Ray Lewis and the Baltimore Ravens just beat Wes Welker and the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game on Sunday.

Afterwards, as we previously mentioned, Wes's wife, Anna Burns Welker, took out her frustration on Ray Lewis by blasting him on her Facebook page.

Anna has already apologized after all the backlash but her whole shade throwing incident was "way uncool" according to Linda.

Subway's Footlong Subs Aren't Always 12 Inches??

Subway has come under fire after an Australian man posted a picture on the company's Facebook page.

The infamous picture, which is no longer available on their page, had a picture of a Subway "footlong" sub next to a tape measure.

It was only 11 inches.

The entire world was outraged and widespread rioting ensued.

JK obvi! But it was a big enough deal that Subway actually responded in a statement that said:

10 Health Tips For 2013: Clear Fluids!

Everyone makes a New Year's resolution to be healthier, but precious few actually follow through on it!

But what if there were simple ways you could improve your health?

Dietician Julieanna Hever says there are, and she has ten amazing tips for staying healthy in 2013!

Here's one!

Drink plenty of clear fluids (water, tea)…but only in between meals.

Because cells are composed of mostly water, maintain hydration by sipping fluids throughout the day, especially during and after a workout, or in the heat. Water is best and tea offers health advantages, so opt for those choices over sweetened or calorie-containing beverages. Liquids dilute digestive enzymes, so avoid drinking them within 30 minutes before a meal and about an hour afterwards.

10 Ways To Lighten Up Holiday Appetizers!!

Lisa D’s 10 Ways to Lighten Up Holiday Appetizers

1. Cheese is loaded with fat and calories! Choose reduced-fat cheeses in your holiday recipes instead of regular cheese and you'll save around 279 calories and 36 grams of fat per 8-ounce package of shredded cheese (2 cups).

2. Use half real eggs and 1/2 cup egg substitute in your holiday egg recipes instead of all eggs and you'll cut around 90 calories and 10 grams of fat and 500 milligrams cholesterol for every 4 eggs.

3. Use fat-free sour cream in your holiday dips instead of regular sour cream and you'll cut around 450 calories and 95 grams of fat per 16-ounce container.

4. Use light cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese and you'll save around 300 calories and 40 grams of fat per 8-ounce block.

5. Use light turkey sausage or turkey bacon instead of regular sausage and you'll trim around 350 calories and 42 grams of fat per 12-ounce package of sausage (9 ounces cooked).

6. Use light mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise OR you can cut even more calories and fat by blending 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of fat-free sour cream for every 1 cup of mayonnaise called for. You'll then trim around 1000 calories and 136 grams of fat for every 1 cup of regular mayonnaise called for!

7. Serve cut up raw veggies such as carrots, jicama, cherry tomatoes, celery and broccoli with dips instead of chips and crackers.

8. Serve a fruit tray with a low fat yogurt dip.

9. Guacamole is a healthy dip containing monounsaturated fat. Serve with Baked tortilla chips and fat free salsa.

10. Serve fat free crackers, breadsticks and whole grain crackers instead of high fat crackers.

Yum — and super simple!

David Beckham Is NOT Moving To Australia!

David Beckham spoke out on rumors that he's planning to move to Australia.

He has said they are NOT true.

He just signed a new two-year contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy but that didn't stop people from whispering when an official at Football (soccer) Federation Australia alleged he was approached by Beckhmam's reps.
