Almost a full year after the Penn State scandal and Joe Paterno's death, his widow Sue Paterno is finally speaking up!

She spoke up to defend her husband, who's legacy as the winningest coach in football history was tarnished due to his failure to act when news of Jerry Sandusky's sex abuse reached him.

We previously mentioned that the Paterno family was launching their own investigation into Joe's action back when things first were brought to his attention.

The report was carried out by experts her lawyers hired and it's a response to the Freeh report, that condemned Joe and led to his firing.

There are two new studies that are looking at the link between concussions and depression.

It's been a hot button issue in professional sports, especially in the NFL in the wake of the Junior Seau suicide.

Apparently with all the reports of Lance's leaked confession in her upcoming huge interview on Thursday, she thought it would be better if she talked directly to the media so they wouldn't go on speculating!

At KFC and Taco Bell locations in Canada, officials are recalling romaine and iceberg lettuce due to a possible E. coli contamination!

The locations affected are in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec.

They don't believe the lettuce is still out there because of its short shelf life and no one else has reported getting sick.

Jovan Belcher wasn't just legally drunk when he shot his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins. He was twice the legal limit.

All of this is according to the new autopsy reports released, just months after the murder-suicide. The Chiefs linebacker shot Kasandra nine times before turning the gun on himself in front of two coaches.

Francis Amiteye Ngissah, a 24-year-old man from Roseville, California, was arrested and accused of abusing players at the basketball academy he ran out of his home.

This sounds super creepy from the get go!

The arrest was for suspicion of child abuse involving cruel corporal punishment and willful cruelty, battery, and false imprisonment.

Four victims came to the police to report having been subjected to unusual physical punishment.
