After a 22-day vegan diet with her hubby Jay Z, Bey showed off a much slimmer and sexy figure which certainly caught people's attention at the Grammys!

Well apparently she was so happy with the results that instead of immediately running back to burgers and hot dogs, she decided to do it all over again!!

Beyoncé recently took to Instagram to share a pic of her snack, which was a vegan protein bar and sliced bananas, and included the hashtag #22daysvegan!

Wow! And we thought she looked good already! Talk about taking flawless-ness to a whole new level!!!

Teacher Loses 37 Pounds On McDonald's Diet!

Whoa… wait… what?? Someone actually LOST weight while on a McDonald's diet??

Yuppers! John Cisna, a science teacher in Iowa, went on a McDonald's only diet for 3-months, and, after all was said and done and the dust settled… John was 37-pounds LIGHTER!

Screw Supersize Me! LOL JK.

So, how did he do it??

He had his students help him plan out a 2,000-calorie a day diet plan, still using only McDonald's food!

Sure, he also walked 45 minutes a day to help supplement his diet plan.

What's crazy is his cholesterol actually went down!!

Could McDonalds actually be kinda… healthy??

Kate Hudson knows a thing or two about staying in shape!

Of all those things, two of the most important should be the most obvious: dedication and perseverance.

This means that even though New Year's Eve might seem like a good day to relax and get all dolled up for that evening's festivities, squeezing in a workout would be super beneficial.

So Kate, being a super fit lady, carved out some time in her day to work on her physical health.

Not only is training your body fun and not only does it lead to very sexy results, it can also improve your mood!

So that means Kate was probably able to enjoy her evening even more than anyone else at the party!!
