While we'll never understand the urge to own a chimp, we always hate it when they are abandoned.

Michael Jackson's pet chimp, Bubbles, has been left high and dry by the Jackson family. The primate was left out of MJ's will and Bubbles is currently "in retirement" in Florida.

Prince, Paris and Blanket used to play with Bubbles all the time, but they have visited nor contributed any cash to Bubbles' $20,000 keep.

Sad…stuck in retirement with no one to talk to…

This pooch may be retired from the doggie actor game, but that doesn't mean he can't share his life story!

Uggie stole our hearts many times on the big and small screens and his memoir is sure be a good read!

Titled Uggie: My Story, The Artist actor recounts his life lessons from puppyhood to the retirement home of his owner.

And the memoir is dedicated to his celeb crush, Reese Witherspoon!

Sad…we'll miss this aDORable pooch!

Uggie capped a fitting end to his illustrious career with a paw printing at the Grauman's Chinese Theater.

The darling doggie was all smiles as photogs snapped away during the ceremony.

His trainer, Omar Von Muller, stayed firm on the pooch's retirement plans, but Uggie may still attend a few charity benefits.

We hope Uggie enjoys his golden years!
