Cory Monteith And Lea Michele Less Than GLEEful At Hockey Game!

Filed under: CanadialandZportzLove LineLea MicheleCory MonteithRehabHockey

lea michele cory monteith after rehab hockey

All is well in the world again!

Cory Monteith has been freed from rehab, which means he and Lea Michele are back to being attached at the hip and madly in love.

Our worries that addiction would tear Lea and Cory apart have been put to rest!

Not only were the twosome spotted dining with Mama Monteith recently, but yesterday they were seen AGAIN being preciously passionate cheering on Cory's fave hockey team, the Canucks, as they lost a battle on the ice against the Sharks in Vancouver.

While the road to recovery is NEVER easy, we're sure Lea is making the ride a LOT smoother.

And there's no place quite like home to find comfort away from the spotlight, especially when it's in the company of such a beauty as Lea!

Now about that baby-making business…

Bizarre Animal Anomalies!!!

Remember when this shark was discovered?

Well, that wasn't the only genetic anomaly that's happened!

In fact, there's been quite a lot of them over the years.

From sharks to humans - animal anomalies happen quite regularly.

Is that ironic? Not sure.

But we were definitely curious to see which other anomalies there were.

If you are too then definitely check out the video by clicking PLAY directly (above) !!!

Thousands Of Frenzied Sharks Spotted Off South Florida Coast!!

If you live in South Florida, do NOT go into the water!!

Literally tens of thousands of sharks were seen off the coast, right in the shallow water.

A lifeguard supervisor for a South Florida beach said:

"We got here this morning and they were thick, really thick. They were frenzied and chasing bait all the way up to shore. They were practically right on the sand."

A biology professor who was tracking the migration of the sharks said that he counted over 15,000 sharks less than 200 yards from shore!!

The risk of attack is apparently pretty low because the water is so clear, a shark can more easily distinguish humans from prey.

But they're still scary, and dozens of beaches in South Florida are still closed.

We recommend everyone just stay OUT of the water!!

Check out the video (above) to see dozens of sharks swimming just off the coast.

100 Million Sharks Killed Each Year!!!

sharkssss

When you think of sharks - you think of the one in Jaws eating all the humans on the beach, right?

That apparently is far from the truth these days!

Almost 100 million sharks are killed each year, a huge number that makes it less likely every day for the shark population to recover!

Why are sharks being targeted you ask?

The Top Ten Most Surprising Facts About Sharks

shark(1)

Sharks are one of the most interesting animals in the world.

They're insanely interesting, as long as they are admired from a distance!

And we definitely mean more than an arm's length away!

Here is a top ten list of the most surprising facts about sharks:

"1. Sharks generally have about 45 to 50 teeth – but that’s just the “front row” teeth. They also have, on average, as many as seven replacement rows of teeth behind the front row, ready to move into place if a tooth is damaged or falls out. With all the action a shark’s mouth sees throughout its lifetime, an individual might go through as many as 30,000 teeth.

2. Even though we associate sharks with big, sharp chompers, some species barely need their teeth. Whale sharks and basking sharks, two of the largest species, are both filter feeders and have numerous, tiny teeth – a whale shark might have up to 300 rows of teeth .

3. While sharks don’t use sounds to communicate, they do rely on body language. If you’re snorkeling or diving, it’s good to be aware of the body language sharks use to communicate that they’re uneasy. Hunched backs, lowered pectoral fins, sharp movements (in zig-zag or back-and-forth patterns), and diving down to touch the bottom are all good indicators that a shark is feeling uncomfortable.

4. Some large sharks have dramatically longer lifespans than small sharks. For instance, whale sharks (which generally range from 18 to 32 feet/5.5 to 10 meters in length) can live up to 100 years, while the smooth dogfish (with an average length between 2 and 4 feet/0.6 and 1.2 meters) might only live for 16 years."
