Lindsey Vonn can't be having an easy time being injured.
We bet the pain and discomfort doesn't even bother her… it's gotta be more about the fact that Sochi news is ramping up.
The more we hear about the Winter Olympics and get excited, the more she must think about the fact that she can't compete.
We feel awful that she can't compete because of her knee injury but at least some good came out of it.

Lindsey Vonn recently announced that she won't be able to compete in the Sochi Winter Olympics and that must be tough, but she's making up for it by spending time with her new doggie!
And the cutest thing ever is that she and her golf star lover Tiger Woods picked out a 9-month-old boxer mix because he had injuries similar to Lindsey's! AWW!

This sport may be a new trend, but would you believe it if we told you skijoring has been around for hundreds of years?!?!?
In Scandinavia, Laplanders traveled by skiis, being pulled by reindeer as they Santa'd to and fro.
It became an equestrian event when it came to North America in 1950, where skiers used horses. Now skijoring is exploding in popularity as skiers are using a team of dogs to pull them.
But what the heck is skijoring?!?!
