It's a gorgeous dress so we're not surprised.
Natalie Portman's Oscars dress, a 1954 red vintage Christian Dior dress, sold for $50,000 to an unknown British couture collector.
Natalie wore the size 4, strapless red gown, with black polka-dots, while presenting the award for Best Actor to Jean Dujardin.
And she looked amazing in that dress.
What do U think? Money well-spent?

Someone in Asia is the proud new owner of a gold Kate Moss sculpture.
Marc Quinn's "Microcosmos (Siren)" gilded in 10 kilos of 18 carat gold was auctioned off on Thursday night and fetched an astounding $908,245.
If anything, it'll be a great conversation starter at a party.

So much for that roadblock!

Jay Fielden was originally slated to co-author Grace's memoir, but has since been replaced with Vogue writer Michael Roberts.
Congrats!

Britney Spears is suing back the perfume company that's suing her.
Brand Sense is suing the pop-star because they think she cut them out of the deal with Elizabeth Arden. She says that's not true. Britney is suing Brand Sense because she claims they withheld pay from her for months and didn't give her interest on the delays:
Britney has filed a cross-complaint, claiming Brand Sense was all about radio silence when it came to accounting for how much money she was supposed to get for the sale of a perfume — Radiance — she was hocking. And there was a lot of money on the line, Brit claims — millions of bucks worth of the fragrance were sold.
It just sounds like a big they said/she said mess, and who really needs that?? It'd be nice to see them just settle out of court and go on their way, but it doesn't look like that'll happen.
The easy solution would be just to honor whatever deals are in place, and don't break them.
Right? Right.
