And she's looking fierce!

Transgender model Lea T made her first runway appearance since undergoing sexual reassignment surgery.

She took to the catwalk in São Paulo, Brazil Saturday night where she modeled in the Elle Brazil's 24th anniversary show.

Last year, she sat down with Oprah about her plans to have surgery:

"Of course physically, this operation is a big operation…But at the same time, I think it’s mental too. To think like, 'Wow, I cut part of my body.'"

No matter what, she's still going to be a big hit in the fashion world. Look at those cheekbones!

New iPhone App Digitally Enlarges Your Breasts

If you’re a woman who’s ever contemplated getting your breasts augmented, there’s a new iPhone app which might help you out.

The iAugment shows you what your breasts might look like if you have a boob job.

The app, which is free, was the idea of US plastic surgeon Elizabeth A. Kinsley, who was reportedly the first doctor to use 3D imaging technology to show the ladies what they might look like after surgery.

The app is easy to use, snap a photo of your chest — it works best when wearing a bra or bathing suit — and virtually choose from 17 different sizes to add, ranging from 210cc to 690cc.

Dr. Kinsley adds:

“Breast augmentation can be a complicated procedure with women asking questions like "what will they look like?" or "what size is right for me". This is designed to give them the best idea possible of how they might look after surgery. You can show your friends, your boyfriend or your husband and say "what do you think?"'

The app has been around for several months now and has three stars on iTunes and over 7,500 reviews.

What do U think of it?

Salma Hayek Launching Affordable Beauty Line

salma-hayek-creating-affordable-beauty-line.jpg

Salma Hayek is 44-years-old but you can hardly tell judging by her almost wrinkle-free appearance.

However, the actress doesn’t thank surgery for that, instead it’s all about good genes and family beauty secrets she claims.

And in a new business venture, Salma is setting out to create her own beauty line next year with a twist — the items will be affordable.

Reveals Hayek:

"I always wanted to do this because my grandmother, who was a beauty, she died at 96 with no wrinkles. And you should see my mother! We have some family secrets… Have you heard of tepezcohuite [an ingredient used to regenerate skin]?

You know how if you burn the stone of the mamey fruit and rub it on your eyelashes it makes them grow?

Concha nacar, as a lightening cream — that’s our next step.

And we’re not even claiming some of the things I know this stuff can do!”

Instead of offering a high-end cosmetics line, Salma will be selling her Nuance beauty line at US drug store CVS.

Sounds interesting! Hopefully her products work.

Macpherson Gets Emotional After Fashion Show While Talking About Her Father

It was a sad day for supermodel Elle Macpherson yesterday.

The hottie returned to Australia to take part in Virgin Blue’s catwalk for their new pilot’s uniform.

However, it seems she was a bit distraught by the fact that her father had surgery to treat prostate cancer just two weeks earlier.

Elle emotionally told the crowd while on the verge of tears:

“It's wonderful to be home. I miss my family… I'm going to get a bit emotional… particularly (for) my dad, who is a bit unwell."

But her dad, Peter Gow, says he’s doing just fine after surgery and attributes her emotional day to jet lag.

Reveals her dad:

"I have been a bit unwell. I'm sorry Elle was upset. She is probably a bit tired after travelling a long way. We love each other very much and I draw incredible strength from my children.

I'm on the way back. They are confident they got it all. It has been a bit of a shock actually."

We blame part of it on jet lag and part on being a concerned child. There’s no shame in worrying about her dad after surgery.

Glad to hear he’s doing well!
