Pregnancy fitness is SO important, as long as you're not straining yourself!
A little light yoga, some walking, or some pregnancy pilates will go a long way to keeping you and that little one healthy! That's why we're so glad to see that Jaime King isn't shy about hitting the gym with her bump!
Today she was spotted heading to Pilates (above and below)!
We're also happy to see she has a healthy smoothie for energy — she IS hydrating and taking in nutrients for two now!
We just wonder if they added an extra shot of prenatal vitamins for her! LOLz!
