A FitPerez reader has been inspired by Hugh Jackman's HAWT Wolverine bod in the X-Men films, but wants to know if his training methods will actually work for a non-celebrity. For answers, they wrote diet author and former Biggest Loser host Ajay Rochester, asking:

Hi Ajay,

I heard Hugh Jackman say that when he was training for X-men and when he got that incredible body to die for that he became an “alarm clock” when it came to food, even waking up at 2 am to have egg white protein shakes. How can eating like this help people without Hollywood trainers?

Hugh Jackman showed off his X-Men physique while vacationing in St. Tropez, France with his family over the weekend.

His wife is so lucky to have such a hot, hot man who is also an awesome dad!

When he wasn't showing off his 6-pack to the cameras, he was playing in the water with his son Oscar and daughter Ava!

So cute, but so hot! This guy is definitely the entire package!

Hugh Jackman Eating 6,000 Calories A Day Training For Wolverine

Here’s what we love about X-Men movies: They force Hugh Jackman to sculpt the world’s sexiest body!

Jackman has been eating upwards of 6,000 calories a day and maintaining an intense workout routine in order to get into Wolverine-shape.

"Right now, I’m at 210. It’s 6,000 calories a day. It’s rough,” said Jackman.

He continued:

"Darren [Aronofsky] said with the last one, ‘Hey you looked great, but you’re so tall that in those long shots you looked kind of like Clint Eastwood, and that’s not Wolverine,'" explains Jackman. "He said that Wolverine, in the comics, is powerful, stocky, you know, he’s short and thick. I want you to go there, get bigger.’"

Jackman is excited about the new movie and is confident that people will love it:

"I feel like all the planets are finally aligned to make a great movie. I think we’re going to make one that people will describe as the best of the bunch."

We just want to see him with his shirt off!!

January Jones Worried About Fitting Into X-Men Outfit

January Jones has been cast to play the telepath Emma Frost in the upcoming X-Men movie, X-Men: First Class. But there’s one problem: she’s nervous about how she’ll look in the costume.

Said Jones:

“The costumes are insane. It’s a lot of very body-conscious stuff. If you look at the comic book, she’s barely dressed. She’s got quite the bod, which is very intimidating. I’m thinking, ‘I’m supposed to be doing crunches on the plane. How am I gonna get buff in one day?’”

She continued:

“I’m a petite person, so I didn’t want to go into a strict workout and eating regime. I would have disappeared entirely, and she’s very busty, very voluptuous, so I didn’t want to get rid of any of my curves.”

Um, January, you have a ROCKIN’ bod! We have no doubt that you will look absolutely incredible in the movie!!

Hugh Jackman Getting Workout Tips From Dwayne Johnson

It isn’t easy being Wolverine — especially when you have to gain 25 lbs of muscle to fit into the role!

Director of the next installment of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Darren Aronofsky, is instructing Hugh Jackman to gain 25 lbs of muscle for the upcoming movie.

In response, Jackman has reached out to former wrestler Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) to give him some pointers on how to pack on the pounds.

Said Jackman:

"(Twenty five pounds) is more than I ever have (put on) for the role. It's not easy for me. Because I'm actually quite long and lean. I had a chat with Dwayne Johnson, who did 25 pounds for his movie (Faster). I rang him up and was like, 'Okay, tell me what's going on'."

Jackman is reportedly eating 6,000 calories a day and is eating mostly chicken, steak, and brown rice.

The only thing we care about in this new movie is that Jackman spends most of it shirtless!!
