Sorry Beatles Fans, You Still Can't Download Hits From iTunes

Yoko Ono is warning fans that a deal to allow Beatles songs to be downloaded from iTunes is nowhere near complete.
The widow of John Lennon says that she, along with Sir Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison‘s widow Olivia, are “holding out” until an appropriate agreement is made.
It seems odd that you still can’t download Beatles songs from iTunes, however EMI and the band’s surviving members have failed to make an agreement with Apple to make their hits available digitally.
Earlier this year, McCartney blamed EMI execs for the delay, but is still hoping that the “crazy” situation will be resolved.
Meanwhile, Ono says, “(Apple CEO) Steve Jobs has his own idea and he’s a brilliant guy. There’s just an element (of the deal) that we’re not very happy about, as people. We are holding out. Don’t hold your breath… for anything.”
Sad!
