Suge Knight Vs. Kanye West: The Verdict Is In!

After Marion “Suge” Knight sued Kanye West for being shot at West’s 2005 Miami Beach party, the verdict is in finally in.

The judge has thrown out the lawsuit, on the grounds that there’s no evidence that a shooting at the party was forseeable, and therefore was not Kanye’s fault.

Had the lawsuit moved forward, the trial was set for next month.

West’s attorney, Adam Josephs, has said that the suit was ill-conceived from the start, and he’s glad the court agreed.
