That’s a far cry from snowy Wasilla.
Bristol Palin has purchased her first home – a five bedroom house in Maricopa, Arizona.
And the girl knows how to find a deal!
The home was originally purchased for $330,000 four years ago, however Bristol paid $172,000 – in cash – for a 3,900-square-foot brown stucco house in the Cobblestone Farms development.
The previous homeowner, Michael Smith, said, “I’m not sure why she wanted to buy that home, but we are real happy for her. She seems like a nice girl. We’re excited for her.”
So why the move to AZ??
Sources say that Bristol is reportedly planning to enroll in Arizona State University, where she will attend the school of broadcasting.
Hmm, inneresting.
Well, we think it’s a great idea that Bristol plans to go back to school to get a college education. It sends a great message to her 2-year-old todder, Tripp.
