Nicki Minaj was hosting a New Year’s bash at Mansion nightclub in Miami this weekend, but as midnight grew closer, the singer was not gonna make it to the mic in time. She was running late to her own party!

The DJ ended up setting the clock back six minutes, so Nicki could usher in 2011 in style. And the crowd had no idea!
