Rihanna has been in Europe for weeks (Northern Ireland, France, etc.), and she recently found herself in Amsterdam (a place with cafes licensed to sell pot).
And there, she was seen sneaking out of a coffee shop famous for selling the mary jane!!
The place is known as Bulldog, and locals know it’s one of the best hotspots around for pot.
