A new report out of Florida revealed that these “smoking bracelets” are making their way into the schools. Since this gaudy, woven ringlets are said to be “trendy” and “fashionable,” parents have been letting their young ones buy them without knowing what goes on inside them – a plastic tube that allows a person to inhale from one end of the bracelet, while the other end is attached to a filter for week.
