Melissa McCarthy continues to be on a hot streak!
Fresh off of last year’s Emmy and buzz surrounding her amazing performance in Bridesmaids, Melissa has sold a script to CBS for a new sitcom.
This becomes the second script she’s sold after the first was sold in September 2011.
The untltled spec is about a man who lives at home with his parents…and he’s 37. It was co-written by Larry Dorf and Mel’s husband and fellow Bridesmaids‘ alum Ben Falcone.
The Emmy winner will take a non-writing executive producer role for the show.
