Someone got a bit too handsy at Disneyland!
Kellie Rodriguez is suing Disney, claiming that she was RELENTLESSLY spanked over and over while at a taping of Good Luck Charlie on December 22, 2011.
She claims the warm-up guy, Ron Pearson, was eyeing her when she came onto the set and selected her to dance in a competition.
While she was dancing, Pearson smacked her butt repeatedly until Rodriguez turned around and demanded he stop the spanking.
Pearson then requested a cheek kiss but turned his head at the last second and got some unwanted lip action.
The worst part, she didn’t win AND she was kissed in front of her kids!
Rodriguez says he children asked her “Why did that man kiss you?” humiliating her and confusing her kids.
The plantiff is suing the company for unspecified damages.
And here we thought Disney was family friendly…such a shame…
