A father can endure no loss greater than that of his eldest son.
We certainly empathize with Sylvester Stallone regarding the recent and unexpected death of 36 yea-old Sage Stallone.
It’s a difficult and private time for the famed action-star and we understand when he calls for “the speculation and questionable reporting” surrounding his son’s tragic and mysterious death to cease.
Sly released a statement Monday morning, asking media to respect the pain his family is experiencing.
He said:
“When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain. Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son’s memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha.”
He continued:
“This agonizing loss will be felt for the rest of our lives… Sage was our first child and the center of our universe and I am humbly begging for all to have my son’s memory and soul left in peace.”
This is such a sad, sad story.
We continue to extend our thoughts and prayers to the entire Stallone family.
