Halle Berry will NOT tie the knot with hubby-to-be Olivier Martinez until her feet are firmly planted in France’s sweet, soft earth!
We were wondering if Halle and Olivier would marry in El Lay BEFORE moving to the classy country, seeing as they were recently spotted apparently looking at Malibu loveshack locations…
But it seems girl wants to wed and settle in France for the sake of her 4-year-old daughter, Nahla!
Mz. Berry recently expressed:
“I’m not sure where I am going to be living in the next few months, so I have to get that settled first. It’s the appeal of privacy and a greater sense of safety for Nahla. Because we are followed all the time, she is starting to feel like she is somehow special, and of course she is, but I want her to understand that she’s special because of who she is, not because she was born into this celebrity blender.”
Very clever, Halle! Who would want their kid growing up with that kind of sense of entitlement?!
We just hope the nasty custody sh*t between Halle and her ex Gabriel Aubry all gets sorted soon so that Halle, Nahla, and Olivier can flit off to France and be a happy family!
