MObama Sparkles In Blue

Yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama welcomed Mexican President Felipe Calderon and his wife Margarita Zavala at the North Portico of The White House for the state dinner.
And MObama looked gorgeous in a sparking blue gown by Peter Soronen.
Even her hair got a slight makeover with some voluminous curls.
Loving the look.
