Katy Perry's Dress Designed By Giles Deacon

After news broke that Katy PerryΓÇÖs appearance on Sesame Street had been pulled due to her ΓÇ£provocativeΓÇ¥ dress, the clip soon went viral.
But we have to ask, was that dress really too revealing? Or is it the whole ΓÇ£I Kissed A GirlΓÇ¥ persona that parents are bothered by?
The dress was made by British designer Giles Deacon and is part of his 2010 collection.
And we actually like the dress. The color, the style, and the sheer fabric on top with the silver bow on the neckline.
Besides, if you really think about it, Miss Piggy has worn more revealing outfits on TV! Why arenΓÇÖt parents getting upset about that?
So we have to ask…
