Miley Gets Layered At The EMAs

We’ve gotta give credit where credit is due, Miley Cyrus is slowly making better red carpet choices.

At Sunday night’s MTV European Music Awards the pop tart arrived in a long, white layered D&G dress, but we’re kind of torn.

While it’s nice that Miley covered up, the dress is almost too mature for a 17 year old. Also, it would have been nice if she pulled her hair back.
