Material Girl Kelly Osbourne looked fantastic on the Emmy red carpet tonight!

The Fashion Police flaunted her skinny minny bod in a figure-hugging J Mendel ball gown in a deep purple.

And if our eyes aren’t playing a trick on us, it looks like her hair is back to a very pale lavender color.

Loved it the first time, loving it the second!
