Beyonce's Releasing A Pulse Summer Edition Fragrance

Beyonce has released a new ad for her Pulse fragrance’s summer edition scent.
Anyone else find it odd that Beyonce had lots of cleavage in the first ad, but here it’s practically nonexistent?
It also looks like this is an old photo of Blue Ivy‘s mom.
