The Situation has decided to file NEW legal docs against Abercrombie & Fitch over their GTL-themed apparel.
He now wants a whopping $10 million from the retail chain, which a judge is set to decide on during his next court date, June 14.
There’s only on little problem: The Sitch will be filming the latest season of Jersey Shore between May 22 and July 7 and MTV requires him to be there 24/7.
Since there’s no way he could possibly make it to court, he’s asking the judge for permission to miss it.
Guess he has enough money now to let his lawyers do all his dirty work for him.
We just can’t believe MTV really IS filming another season of that show… Wow…
