Giuliana Rancic Slits Up The Red Carpet!

Now this is how you make an entrance!
Giuliana Rancic made her triumphant return to the red carpet since becoming a new mom this afternoon!
Before fulfilling her hostessing duties for E!, the Fashion Police star posed on the Emmy in a black Romona Keveza gown with seksi thigh-high slit and structured bodice.
Emerald jewels, Jimmy Choo heels, a metallic clutch and sassy chic updo finished off Giuliana’s Emmy ensemble.
We’re sure little Duke just loved seeing mommy on TV!
