Hopper Penn Hops On His Dirt Bike

What a cutie!

Hopper Penn looks like a spitting image of his dad, Jeff Spicoli Sean Penn, as he posed for a picture while riding his dirt bike on Tuesday in El Lay.

It’s nice to see that despite his celeb parents, the 17-year-old looks like he’s just a normal kid out and about enjoying his youth.

Now where’s your helmet, young man?
