Al Roker was spotted biking around the city streets of New York recently.

He now incorporates a healthy diet and regular exercise into his daily routine!
So he decided to take out his fold-up bike! Looks like he’s also got a protein shake with him!
The bike looks pretty goofy, like a double unicycle or something, because of the bike’s ability to fold up nice and small for easy transport.
But he’s not out to look cool! He’s out to be safe (wearing his helmet) and get fit!
Way to go, Al!
