Give her a break!
Kate Gosselin isn’t our favorite mother of all time. In fact, there are times when she seems a little fame hungry and self involved.
However, we think this is just ridiculous!
Here’s what happened: Kate was behind the wheel of the mini van when her kids were dropped off by a school bus. As the 8 kids pilled in to the vehicle one of her sons’ dropped something under the van. He crawled under the car to pick it up and got out unharmed.
After seeing pictures (above) of the “insolent” KidsAndCars.org president and founder Janette Fennell slammed Kate saying:
“A minivan is a 3000-pound lethal weapon and having children crawling around it is not prudent.
She should have gotten out of the car to supervise them, especially when you have that many children. Kids tend to put themselves in harms way in an instant.
You should never leave children unattended in or around motor vehicles. Even if they are all capable of getting themselves into the van and getting buckled up, children at that age are unpredictable.”
We agree, Kate could have stepped out of the car to supervise her 7 and 9-year-old kids, but this is a little too harsh.
What would the paparazzi find you doing if they were fallowing you all the time?
