An homage to Elvis, perhaps?
She also sported a shiny gold canine tooth, because, OBVIOUSLY SHE’S KE$HA!
The singer completed her luminous look with black heels and black head thong.
We’re just glad she took our advice and hung up that velvet and gold brocade suit she loves so much.
