The Once Upon A Time actress donned a blue pearlized shell dress by Monique Lhuillier and strappy black sandals.
We love the dress, but Ginniger’s thickly rimmed eyes and Demi Lovato eyebrows are too heavy.
Hopefully people were too mesmerized her her frock to notice.
