We’ve never seen Noah Cyrus so covered up!
The 13-year-old is usually showing off some skin some way or another.
Not this time around, though. Nope, Miley‘s little sister was spotted shopping at The Grove on Wednesday looking all bundled up with sweat pants, a baggy sweatshirt, and a bright pink Uglyville beanie.
Hmm, is she trying to tell us something? Seems a little RUDE!
LOLz JK. We do love her fringed purse and studded platform sneakers though!
