Man's 132 Pound Scrotum Is FINALLY Removed!!!

Wesley Warren Jr. has kind of become the butt of a long running joke in the media, because of his enormous scrotum.
But Wesley’s 132 pound scrotum was no joke to him. And it wasn’t a joke for Dr. Joel Gelman the head surgeon at the Center for Reconstructive Urology.
This doctor heard about Wesley’s story, and so desperately wanted to help him that he paid for the entire procedure HIMSELF!
The doctor had to do this because Wesley’s Nevada Medicare insurance refused to pay for any of the surgery.
But luckily for everyone involved the procedure was a complete and utter success!
Here’s what the doctor said:

“There are a lot of shows about makeovers, but this is a real makeover. He’s basically a new man.”

Wesley had long put off the surgery because of his voiced concerns of “dying or bleeding out” on the operating table.
