Looking like Katy Perry‘s pink haired sister, the Dallas Buyer’s Club star is bright-eyed and bushy tailed open-mouthed on the cover of Candy magazine’s summer issue.
Unlike the last time the 30 Seconds to Mars front man was captured by Terry Richardson, Jared’s not only looking healthy, but also pretty damn fabulous with those cherry red lips!
