Amanda Bynes WON'T Be Going To Jail After Nearly Lighting Her Dog On Fire!

5150-ed or not, Amanda Bynes won’t be charged with another crime!

Cops will not press charges after the totally troubled actress nearly set her dog on fire!

Officials view her recent incendiary incident as symptomatic of a mental illness, and without necessarily having criminal intent.

They COULD have charged her with arson, trespassing, or being wacky in public — we made that last one up — but jail probably isn’t in anyone’s best interest!

It looks Amanda may need a conservatorship and serious professional help.

The criminal cases aren’t ALL behind her, though. Amanda still must face the music over DUI charges in EL Lay and weed charges in NYC.
