Noah Cyrus attended the Do Something Awards yesterday wearing a super cute flower-print summer dress and a black flower belt.
She was all smiles with her wavy hair and black ankle boots, but what was really adorable were her thumb socks had the words “POW!” written on them.
Miley Cyrus‘ 13-year-old baby sister has been known to dress way too old for her age, but this was exactly what we’d expect a tween to wear at a fun red carpet event!
We’re glad she’s acting like a kid again!
