When it comes to Amanda Seyfried there are a few simple truths to her.

If you want her to like you, you’re gonna have to get through her dog first.

Good thing Finn seems like a friendly pup!

Amanda was spotted just yesterday, strolling through NYC with her main squeeze, Justin Long.

The new couple was taking a walk around the Washington Square Park in Manhattan and they looked like they were really hitting it off!

Our favorite part is one pic where Justin has his arm around Finn and the pup just looks so happy, which you can see (below).

Awwww! That’s so sweet! Looks like Justin def passed the Finn test!
