We don├óΓé¼Γäót know who├óΓé¼Γäós been calling R-Patz├óΓé¼Γäós Dior Homme campaign tacky — certainly not us!
But not everyone is as enamored with Robert Pattinson as we are, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that people have been criticizing the Romain Gavras-directed short like crazy!
Thankfully, Rob has come to the video’s rescue by relating it to himself in a recent interview for Harper├óΓé¼Γäós Bazaar Arabia:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós kind of, sort of, a like fantasy version I have of myself. I mean, I├óΓé¼Γäóm not like that on everyday basis, I think I am a little bit more boring.”
Uhhh yeah, if you call pretending to be a glittery vampire for five whole movies boring/ LOLz!
He also defends the brand, and explains how he’s honored to be part of their marketing:
“Dior is very independent; there├óΓé¼Γäós nothing tacky about it at all. I actually felt like it was benefiting me to be associated with them rather than doing something just for the sake of it.”
It’s probably also beneficial to have unrestricted access to all of Dior Homme’s delicious scents!!
