Kanye West Avoids MAJOR Penalty In LAX Assault Case, But He Did Get Hit With A Punishment!

We bet Kanye West is breathing a HUGE sigh of relief.

While he’s still facing charges in regard to his alleged attack on a paparazzo at LAX, Yeezy has just avoided one major hurdle.

With his lawyer, Blair Berk, appearing on his behalf, Yeezy has successfully received approval to get all the info prosecutors have on his criminal battery case.

But that’s not all! He also managed to avoid being ordered to anger management classes as prosecutors were pushing for that to be part of his bail.

Not everything came up roses though as Yeezy was ordered to remain ten yards away from the photog involved, Daniel Ramos, and vice versa. Although, considering how much Yeezy hates the paps, this is actually ANOTHER win for the rapper!

Basically what all this means is Yeezy’s song is true…he IS a god! LOLz!
