Somehow we think Miley Cyrus would approve of this!
The singer’s father Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted in the passenger seat of his Fiat 500 car this past Thursday, but it was who was driving that caught us by surprise!
His 13-year-old daughter Noah Cyrus was driving despite the fact that one must be at least 15-and-a-half years old with a permit to drive in California!!!
The two were spotted whipping the vehicle around Toluca Lake in California, and even though they were totally breaking the law – nothing bad happened and the two actually seemed to be quite happy!
We honestly hope these two don’t make their illegal activities a habit, but we suppose it’s better that Noah was at least with her father while driving.
Imagine what would’ve happened if she had done that when Billy Ray Cyrus wasn’t there!
Or worse still – if Miley was in the passenger seat instead of her father!!
Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!
The horror!
