Paris Hilton’s sister attended the 17th annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards in New York on Monday, and wore a cream colored Valentino frock covered in intricate blue patterns for the occasion.
It reminds us a lot of the Valentino ensem Kim Kardashian wore during her epic engagement to Kanye West!
But unlike Kim, Nicky paired her number with sparkly Christian Louboutin pumps and finished up her look with center-parted hair.
Loving the way the blue details match the blue of her eyes!
