Miley Cyrus just celebrated her 21st birthday this past Saturday!!
Happy Birthday, girrrrrl! Welcome to adulthood!
So, did she celebrate her ability to suddenly be able to drink alcohol by partying it up with all her biggest celeb pals? Well, yes, and you can read all about it HERE, but there was also some down time!
And, it was only mildly surprising when she tweeted a cute pic of her dogs (above) and wrote:
“All I could want on my birthday.”

First, she pAArties hard, then she spends time with the pups! AND, somewhere in there, she put on helluva performance at the AMAs!!
