It looks like Gracie Gold will be heading to Sochi where she’ll be competing for, well, the gold!!
The 18-year-old figure skater was the big winner this weekend at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Boston, where she took home first place! And if you watch her performance, it’s easy to see why!!
Gracie gracefully glided across the ice like a princess, which only seems fitting since her routine was to the tune of music from Sleeping Beauty!
But the best part of her victorious night was it landed her a spot on the roster for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi!
This will be Gracie’s first time representing the U.S. in the Olympics, and if she puts on a performance like she did this weekend, we have a feeling she’ll be walking away with some mighty fine jewelry!
