Insiders now say CBS and Handler have been discussing a deal for her new syndicated talk show!

Chels hasn’t kept it a secret that she’s ditching E! for a new home. Daytime is a deadly game (just ask Bethenny Frankel, Kris Jenner, and Anderson Cooper) but we think this Vodka-loving lady could be exactly what America wants to watch while the sun is still out!
