Chelsea Handler SLAMS 'Racist' & 'Sexist' Shane Gillis & Tony Hinchcliffe After Kevin Hart Roast!

Just because Chelsea Handler shared the stage with Shane Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe for Kevin Hart‘s roast earlier this month does not mean she is a fan! She’s now made that very clear!

This week, the comedian slammed Shane and Tony for their disgusting jokes on a new episode of Deon Cole’s Funny Knowing You podcast. She went off:

“I knew enough about Tony and Shane — they’re racists, they’re bigots, they’re sexist.”

The former talk show host hated everything they said during the roast, calling it “ick” and “gross.” She said she doesn’t “find those jokes funny,” especially one in which Shane poked fun at Kevin’s height by saying the Ride Along star is so short that “they’re gonna have to lynch him from a bonsai tree.” OMG! That is definitely not OK to say, “joke” or not! Chelsea then continued:

“Lynching Black people is not a joke. It’s worse than rape. Like you’re not joking about rape, are you? Are you saying I’m going to go rape you? You know, you can’t do that, but you can say lynching. You know, people are like it’s a roast. You go for it. I’m like, you can go for it without being gross. Like I find that to be gross.”

And all we can think about is the repercussions of people trying to pass off racist comments like this as jokes! Just this week, in a Florida classroom, a teacher reportedly thought it was funny to get the attention of students by displaying a Black baby doll being hanged. It’s disgusting. And again, not OK.

Chelsea went on to call out Tony’s inappropriate joke about the death of Sheryl Underwood‘s husband, Michael Sparkman, who died by suicide in 1990. Although Sheryl defended the comments on Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast, the 51-year-old author had a massive issue with it:

“I wasn’t fine with that. I thought that was disgusting, too.”

Chelsea felt Kevin “deserved” an “elevated roast,” adding:

“There was so much disgustingness that I knew it was gonna be a gross vibe that I would be able to elevate it no problem. And that’s what I went to do. I was like, ‘All right, well, I’ll pick it up because they’re going to try and bring it down.'”

They really did bring the vibes down! Watch Chelsea bash Shane and Tony (below):

At this time, Tony hasn’t reacted to Chelsea’s comments. But Shane’s rep fired back in a flippant statement to Page Six, saying:

“This is a big moment for Chelsea. I am glad she’s capitalizing. Good for her. We’re all rooting for her. Anyway come see me July 17th at the football stadium in Philly.”

No thanks…
