Well, maybe Antonio Banderas can take some tips from Robin Thicke about what doesn’t work when trying to win your lady back!
Because from what we hear, Antonio doesn’t want to give up on his marriage with Melanie Griffith.
While Melanie just recently filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences, Antonio is apparently set on mending fences and keeping his longtime partner by his side.
His recent co-star in Expendables 3, Natalie Burn, has opened up about his heartbreak over the split after it was rumored SHE might be canoodling with the Latin actor!
She has commented:
“I know he mentioned he had some problems [in his marriage]. In Cannes he was saying that he was trying to fix the marriage ├óΓé¼┬ª He├óΓé¼Γäós deeply in love with her├óΓé¼┬ª In Cannes he was sad which is why he told people and how much he wanted to work it out. When he said it he was upset and obviously going through a rough time.”
Natalie also added that they were simply co-stars and nothing more.
Not only was their relationship innocent, but she is hoping for Antonio to be successful in winning Melanie back:
“I think they├óΓé¼Γäóre great together ├óΓé¼┬ª And I just adore her [Griffith] and I always told him she├óΓé¼Γäós one of my favorite actresses and I can├óΓé¼Γäót imagine them not being together.”
While we don’t know exactly why they’ve split, we hope their relationship ends in the right place for them both.
