Amanda Bynes is officially back and she’s here to explain her bizarre behavior.

The actress, who was most recently seen riding her bike into traffic, flaunting some illegal activity on her Instagram, and rocking a hat with the word ‘DEATH’ written on it (above), has explained that she’s relocated to New York City!
No more El Lay for her!
However, the movie is for a completely surprising reason! ESPECIALLY if the rumors of her getting expelled were true!
She said:
