Umm, let’s start out by saying that a single man with partial custody of his child probably doesn’t actually need $16,000 a month!
That said, Gabriel Aubry is trying to keep that amount of child support from his ex Halle Berry, but she only wants to pay $3,800 for his care of their six-year-old daughter Nahla.
We’d say that’s reasonable!
But there’s more to the story now. Apparently, Gabriel is saying he can’t find work because of the fight with Halle’s husband Olivier Martinez last Thanksgiving.

He claims it took six months to get better, but he seemed fine over a month after the incident, according to a new report.
And to strengthen her case, Halle cited all of Gabriel’s expenses that her money pays for, like $740 a month on his “Fitness.”
We’d think he’d want to get out there and show off that bod again!
